Maryland Film Festival poster design controversy


Or nontroversy as The Mobtown Shank puts it. One film critic (Michael Sragow, Baltimore Sun) sees a variation of a hated WWII era political symbol, others see an indie rock inspired image. Most graphic designers who have weighed in on the subject like the design.
